Richard was very rude from the get go. Dismissing concerns about the car's transmission and saying that warped mirrors are somehow normal. The previous car I had (same model) had none of these problems and he expected me to believe they are normal. He threatened to charge me for further inspections even though the inspection during this appointment was inadequate ("no issues were found"). It sounds like he misrepresented the transmission concerns to the technicians, because he said they checked the brakes even though I clearly stated that the transmission is what seems to behave strangely when braking. Rude attitude, bad listening skills, and lack of care for quality service.

The service advisor/agent left for the day rather than making sure I got my car on time . I think 2 hrs was reasonable for the service but last time I was there I was there from 8:50am and did not leave until 2pm.Richard left and I used find my to see my keys and car were waiting for me the whole time . I never want to be helped by this agent again. I saw another agent get his costumer in and out and provided update and text messages. I felt like everybody who came in with me left before I did with their agents that service them. But I was still here waiting. I only service my car at Toyota dealerships so I know what customer service is suppose to look like. I will try a different dealership for my next service. Both times I did not like my service Richard was involved.

Car seems ok. My biggest complaint ( and I am still really upset about this) is the fact that I was unable to get ANY LIVE PERSON on the phone over the entire day!!!!! Q called in the afternoon but I was unable to answer and when I tried calling back I coul not get anyone to answer. When calling the Service Department there is a long list of prompts, none of which gets you to a live person. When I called initially to speak to someone about the problem I was having with the car the Service Manager refused to connect me with one of the service reps. Since the car would not start after I had the battery jumped she told me that my only option was to have it towed into the service center. Fortunately I was able to speak to someone at Dalton Toyota who did some research about the problem and I was able to get the car started to bring it in to you. I have had four Toyotas since 2006 and have always used your Service Center but now I am rethinking the situation. I’m sure that many of your customers share the same frustration when trying to reach you by phone. I wonder how many people just give it up and call another Toyota dealer.
