Denise was very professional yet very cordial and reassured me the service mechanics would find the source of my non-functioning windshield fluid pump. She explained as a holiday it was definately busy, and gave an estimate of time needed. She was spot on, efficient and I was on my way in a couple of hours. By the way, source of malfunction was not my Rav4, nor myself! A possum ate the hoses!

This trip to Norm Reeves Toyota was a make or break for the deaership. After my mileage was entered incorrectly at my last visit, my insurance company saw the carfax information and raised my rate because it was perceived that I drove 10,000 miles in 4 months. The service manager graciously took ownership of the situation and gave me a complimentary oil change as well as wiper blade replacement. This satisfied my frustration and gave me the confidence that NRT stands with their customers. Great work.

I always go for a walk after I drop my truck off. When I got back from my walk- I noticed my truck was done so I went inside and asked an associate (I couldn’t see her name). She wasn’t the one who checked me in so she asked for my last name- I said Kurtz. She went and found my paperwork and then asked, “Christine?” When I corrected her and politely said, “it’s Christanne”, she remarked, “close enough.” That was extremely rude and dismissive.
It may seem like a little thing and maybe it just isn’t important to your associates to identify their clients correctly. However, there are thousands of women named Christine and very few named Christanne so when someone calls me by something other than Christanne- I would be remiss not to make sure they have the right person.
