After dropping off car Robert called “with 2 pieces of good news” that car can be fixed & under warranty so no cost to me ( WOW ) !
I then get txt from your Company asking if I’m interested in selling my car valued at $4K-$5K ? A little after I get a call from Robert with “bad news” my car will cost $4K to repair ( suspicious? )! This whole experience was unprofessional & chaotic ! I will be making formal complaint with Corporate.

Auto service manager is so great I might be buying a new Toyota Sienna mini van. I might trade in my Tacoma as I really never bought the travel trailer I was going to buy which was the reason I bout the Tacoma. It make a lot more sense to buy a 26mpg mini van and maybe buy a Cruise America RV down the road. Cruise America seems to sell there rental RVs after 100 to 159k miles at a good price and a 100,000 mile power train warrant an be added for only $2000 more. Plus the RV is refurbished. Then I can just attach a tow dolly and pull my Sienna behind it
