I had an appointment at noon and upon arriving found out that all techs were at lunch. I'm not sure why an appointment would be given when the car was not going to be serviced for another 1.5 to 2 hours. Just some feedback about the lack of efficiency. Also, I was not given updates about the delay. I asked about the status about 3 times. I usually have no issues when I get my car serviced here. Today was just a long wait and a bit frustrating. I was there for a little over 3 hours. Please note that I bought my car at that location and have only ever had my car serviced at the same location since 2014. I am a loyal customer.I usually don't have any issues and love the service. Today was just not the best experience. Thanks.

The staff at Toyota did a great job today! I was pleased with the services and time estimate was right on. Sadly the homeless people sleeping on the sidewalk adjacent to the dealership and occasionally moseying through the parking lot detract from the otherwise pleasant environment.

Picked up my car and there was dried up black residue on my steering wheel and transmission. Had do go back inside to ask for something to wipe is down with, once I wiped them the entire wipe was BLACK with residue. will find another service center to go to from now on.
