Rosalina did a good job. It was unfortunate that my car suffered a mishap when the oil change was not completed appropriately and ended up with a considerable amount of excess oil added to my engine during a routine oil change. The end result was a lot of oil smoke and my car was very nearly un drive able as there was no compression in the engine. With considerable difficulty I was able to drive back to Toyota SD where my oil was cleaned up and changed. The shop foreman came out and talked to me regarding my car and apologized for the poor service. My car is now running smoothly.

First, the mechanic changed my seat setting, changed my dash configuration and put my keys in his pocket, where my advisor couldn’t find it. I don’t mind if he changes the setting while he’s working on my car, but at least put it back to where I had it. I told my advisor I was in a hurry and needed to leave immediately, I was never texted to say my car was ready, after waiting over 2 hours. I found my car on the side, all done, so now I had to find my advisor to check out. That’s when she couldn’t find my keys. Overall not happy with the service this time.
