From start to finish Luis and your team did a great job. The service tech sending the video on the dirty air filter was nice to see, a nice touch that allows the customer to see what is wrong, etc. and why it needs replacement. I was told I needed a new battery and 3 new tires - I took it to a tire shop and told only 2 tires needed to be replaced! I had the battery checked at the Navy base auto shop where I purchased it and it tested good!! I feel like I was going to be taken advantage of because I’m a woman and can’t trust your service department!

John's performance was well below that of my previous experience at Toyota San Diego. - failure to provide updates on my Camry service, I sat in the waiting area for 4hrs had only on contact- said I needed a new air filter & my front struts were leaking - I requested an estimate for my front struts- promised, but never provided.
