No I was not satisfied my car was supposed to get detailed and the dent on the side was supposed to get fixed. I understand that the painter was in there in the dent wasn’t Able to get fixed. But they could’ve at least detailed the car in that week that it was there. So I complain to one of your associates. His name is Adrian. He managed to get the card detailed on the spot. He was really embarrassed he kept apologizing he bought me lunch. He’s the only person that made my 4hour wait worth waiting.

I had an appointment for a simple maintenance and oil change at 9 am this morning. I had to wait over 3 hours. I was told the wait would be 2 hours-which was bad enough given I had an appointment but then to wait yet another hour was uncalled for. What is the point of making an appointment? Three hours for simple oil change ridiculous. Needless to say I was not happy .

I asked to have the auto dim for the infotainment system looked at so that it works like my 2005 4Runner where it dims automatically when it gets dark out. I thought a Toyota Dealer could get that sorted out.

Appointment at 4:30, I arrived at 4:20. My vehicle did not begin to be serviced until 5:30. After the service was complete I had to wait an additional ten minutes just to be handed my keys even though no balance was due. The service advisor explained it was necessary to go over my service. I realize she was trying to be helpful, but it is a little insulting and frustrating to be forced to wait even longer just to have someone explain to you your tread depth is still good on a car with only 15k miles. Waiting an hour after a set appointment to even get the car to the bay is disappointing.

Service was terrible, the workers left us waiting for 2 hours plus just for an oil change. When I went to go remind them about my car because I saw it was parked, the workers said they said they didn’t know where my car keys were and I had to wait almost another full hour until they found the keys.
