I waited 2.5 hrs for an oil change. Then I saw my car sitting in the parking lot. The service was finished but no one had called me. When I went to the front to ask, they pulled up my paperwork and told me that I needed new tires. In the past I have been called with this type of information while my car is still in the shop. This was upsetting to me. I come to a Toyota shop to get service because of the customer service, but now I'm not sure I want to keep coming to Toyota. Also, the tire prices were high.

The new system for tracking service does not work. It was not clear that my vehicle was ready to go. This is the second or third time this has happened to us, it is a very frustrating customer experience. I’m sure it is supposed to be an automated system but it is inadequate in my book.

I have been given Uber rides from NRT two times before. Today, I was told that they do not do that nor have ever done that. Which may be true; not providing that service any longer but do t lie and say you never have used Uber as I was given a ride twice from NRT.
