Mechanics suggested replacement of wiper blades, which I agreed to, in order to save me the hassle of a trip to the parts store, but they did not replace the rear window blade, which was the worst of the three. Now I have to go to the auto parts store anyway, which means I could have bought all three blades for less than you charged me for two.

Over spray seen on some parts of the rubber trim. Issues when seen on initial pickup with overspray of clear causing dripping on the wheel well and an issue was seen on the grill. When they were addressed they were not up to the rest of the cars standard. We were told that it would take 20 minutes for the paint to dry at the wheel well but rocks are most likely going to ruin that part. I would rather have the car stay at Toyota and dry until pickup. Other than the issues we saw the paint looks pretty good and some of the clips looked like they were replaced which was nice.

No communication with advisor after multiple attempts to reach him. No invoice available nor multi point inspection paperwork via website. I also never received my multi point inspection paperwork in person. All I got was a video of my air filter. No explanation. By far the worst experience at Toyota so far. I will be taking my vehicle to Carlsbad and that’s way out of my way being from la mesa.
