Your phone system does not seem to work. I could not get ahold of anyone. I tried texting, calling my technician, and calling the main service line repeatedly. At one point, I was placed on hold for 20 minutes and no one ever came back to the phone. My technician said he texted me but I never received any of the direct message from him even though we double checked that he had the correct number. This was a very frustrating experience.

I watched the technician bring my car up , he was very dirty, he didn’t use any seat protector or steering wheel protector. On my way home I noticed my hood flopping I pulled over on the side of the 15 ( very dangerous) to close my hood . When I got home, my hands were filthy from the steering wheel, I had to clean my steering wheel and seat. I hope he was more attentive in servicing my vehicle.
