I have been going to Norm Reeves for service since 2015, but I was very disappointed with the level of customer service this time and I don’t think I will ever go back there again. I was there early for my 8:15am appointment to replace brakes, tires, and wiper blades but to my disappointment, I had to wait for nearly 7 hours before my vehicle was ready. I had to cancel all other plans for the day. Q Holt was rude and arrogant as could be. Every time I asked him about the status of my vehicle, he would just shut me down and would say “ we will let you know when it is ready”. He had no courage to even say “sorry for the wait” given that I waited for nearly 7 hours for basic service I could have had done at PepBoys or any service center for an hour or less. The quality of customer service really went south at Norm Reeves.

I made an appointment and was told they were very busy. What's the point of making an appointment. I waited 3 hours for an oli change and for them to check my AC, Now after they worked on it's worse. They also damaged the front of my car.
