The actual service of my car was fine. However, I arrived at my appointment and sat in my car for 30 minutes, waiting for the servicer to get my keys. Later, he texted me the car was ready, and I let him know I would pick it up in a few hours. When I arrived to pick up my car, three customers were standing in a line waiting, so I stood behind them. We all stood there for 10 minutes before someone came around and helped the first person in line. While this was going on, two employees were arguing up front. One was saying the other was lazy and should just go home. They argued for a few minutes while we all stood there waiting. Twenty minutes later, I had still not been helped. An employee asked the customer behind me in line if they were picking up their car and helped him. When they finished, I walked over to her, and she got my servicer for me. There clearly was a staffing issue today, as this has never happened before. There should have been a manager on the floor to de-escalate the two employees fighting and to help the customers. The “great customer service” sign in the office states that the perks of having an appointment means we don’t have to wait. I was at the dealership for an hour and 15 minutes (total time of drop off and pick up) longer than I needed to be today. This review is not a put down of my servicer but of the management. It was chaotic in that department today, and the employees were trying to do the best they could with no leadership on site.
