I think the prices are high, comparatively. But, that is not a reflection on the service provider.
Also, I am not happy that the shuttle service is only 1 way now. We are almost 3 years out of COVID and it should no longer be used as an excuse. For these reasons, I will be looking elsewhere for service

The 5 point inspection included checking the air pressure on tires and it wasn't done so I had to return later the same day and when the other technician checked them they were all at about 29 so that proved they were not addressed initially. I noticed when I first left because my son has pointed out that the front right tire needed air and it looked the same as before. Apart from that I was happy with everything else as usual.

I came because there is a low of car oil and the car is new. They told me that we added some oil, but this morning I checked the oil and found it as it is, and there is no addition to the oil. There is another matter, How does a new car get a low of oil? In addition, I know that Toyota cares about its customers, and when they find the car the customer needs to wash, they wash it, but I did not see this thing, I received the car as it is.
