While Robert Farr was wonderful (attentive and did his job), the first service advisor assigned was ridiculous. I scheduled an appointment for 830. Finally, at 850 I asked for someone different to be assigned. When the first person showed up right after that and I called him out on the rudeness, he got all pissy. I don't need to come back to your location, I can get service at any number of places.. I certainly will never deal with that kind of crap again. I have had good service from your shop for many years, and i suspect you have an employee who just doesn't give a crap - the problem is, that to your customers, your dealership is still the problem

When I called for service I was told by a recording that I was first in line. Eventually the phone rang and no one picked up. Then I was told I was first in line. Then I received a text saying to make my appointment on line. I did so. The system online and in person could not understand that the car was owned by my wife and myself. Hence she got all the messages even though I was taking care of the car. When I arrived I was put in the wrong line, the one for Uber drivers. The woman who handled my car was nice enough to take care of this, even though she was not the assigned service person. Finally, paying on line is convenient, but I will not use that approach unless I can see the breakdown of the bill on line. That is apparently not available. Otherwise, the service and personal interactions appeared to be fine.

The service worker was fantastic but, due to problems with her tablet, I was originally told that this service would be covered under my warranty. This was not the case when she checked with the computer desktop. Please rectify the situation; the discrepancy between the two sources of information.
