Also John and a mechanic (forgot his name but was a total hero) went above and beyond helping me with the removal of the rusty screws in the rear plate of my vehicle. There is a 100% chance that I’ll be back for the next service.

After paying $25 TWICE to get my tire repaired (nail in it), I found out Discount Tire would have done it for free. Considering I purchased my vehicle at Norm Reeves Toyota, and spending a considerable amount of money on the purchase, I would expect they could also fix my tire at no cost. Very disappointing indeed.
