As I am reviewing my multi point inspection, which wasn’t done with me at the service center nor did I receive a phone call - I noticed one item in yellow and one item in RED. Neither of these items where brought to my attention as I would’ve had them replaced. What is the point of the inspection if you don’t relay or ask if owner of vehicle wants item(s) attended to!!!! I had an appointment today but it took over 3 hours before my car was even started and an additional 1 hour plus for them to do service. I don’t live close by so I was waiting.
