I was not satisfied with the service at all. It took the whole morning and part of the afternoon just for an oil change. I have been a costumer since I purchased this 2015 Honda vehicle. All my services have been done at Norm Reeves Honda Cerritos. During my arrival I was told the vehicle needed a rotation of tires. I was scheduled for an appointment at the Norm Reeves Honda at 8:30 am The appointment was made for an oil change. Then I was told I needed a tire rotation, and nail in tire. I left Norm Reeves Honda at approximately 1:48 pm.
