Trevor Rodriguez was friendly and professional but the team was unable to find the problem with my vehicle. I have received service for the break system failure in 2019, 2020 and again in 2023. The VSA replaced in 2020 and less than 2 years later the brake system failure appears. I am concerned for my safety because when this appears on my dashboard I loose the ability to accelerate. I have been on the freeway a few times which can be extremely dangerous. I would really appreciate some help finding a long term solution to this problem.
Trevor and his team did however get my AC running again but replacing yet another recall on my vehicle.
I appreciate all the hard work you do and hope a solution to my car’s problem can be determined promptly.

My advisor gave me an estimate of 90 minutes. 3 hours later when I tried calling the advisor was not available. When I went back to the dealership after the message that the car was ready we stood outside for 20 minutes and the advisor never showed up. Someone else had to help us.
