Julie canales is the best adviser that you guys have . She represents Honda with her up most knowledge and heart . She cares very much of your safety . She should be the manager of the service depart. There’s a survey that went out from us stating that manny was very un professional and it went under Julie’s survey . Please remove it from her . I recently had a terrible experience with this entire team and location including service advisor Trevor, customer relations manager Kevin Harris and the mechanics who serviced my vehicle.The customer service was abysmal, and the staff was dishonest. Aside from from Trevor being unethical with his sales tactics by offering services I didn’t need, I requested to speak to a supervisor a total of 4 times and was denied. I kept calling back to speak to a supervisor for 2 days while my car was being serviced and instead was routed back to Trevor. Not once did they honor my request to speak with a supervisor to address my concerns. This is 100% unacceptable and unprofessional. To make matters worst, I personally reached out to the customer relations manager Kevin Harris who this survey will be forwarded to who also denied my request to speak to a supervisor. He also promised me Christina the service center supervisor would call me back and never did. When I confronted Kevin about this he gave me the excuse that “everyone was busy”. I spent about $1200 in service and new tires and this is how I was treated. Not once did anyone apologize. There was no accountability from anyone. Zero lack of communication up and down the line. When I confronted Kevin Harris about this he literally hung the phone up on me. When I picked my car up on the receipt it says they “Topped off all fluids” which is false. My fluids are still not topped. I have proof as I still have zero wind shield wiper fluid and guess what? I never got to speak to a supervisor. I will be contacting Vince Marquez the GM to escalate this matter further and above the GM if need be. Overall, I would not recommend Dealership/service center to anyone. The poor customer service and dishonesty of the staff made for a terrible experience, and I would not consider doing business with them again. Shame on you. I’ll make sure I can save as many people from this dealer ship as I can.

My overall service experience was not complete with my new fob the fob worked unlocking The doors but it did not activate my alarm system I have a built-in alarm on my Honda Odyssey and I used to be able to hear chirp when I hit the button but I don't hear the chirp
