Ricardo didn't follow up with me when I called back. The next day, no one told me he wasn't working when I called multiple times except for the last person I spoke to, who also confirmed my car was ready when no one else did. So who knows how long my car was waiting. After I got my car back, the battery was dying. My car wouldn't start.

I am disappointed with the service this time. I am usually informed of anything that may need repairs right away. I was offered a loaner car while my repairs were handled. Paid for my repairs and left. Relieved that I got the necessary repairs out of the way. Only to find out a day later via text after I left with my car and made it home that immediate action is needed for a spool valve leaking. Not once was I notified the day before about this issue. An issue I could have had taken care of while the car was already there for other services. I wasn’t even told about issue when I picked my car up. And was in no rush as I was advised loaner could be returned next day. So I’m highly disappointed with my service this time. I no longer live near the dealership but I come back because of good service, honesty and trustworthiness of Norm Reeves. My work schedule makes it impossible to even get to the dealer so just missing this opportunity just leaves me a bit bothered.

I was told I needed my transmission change out. We had it done.
Upon arrival we asked how often the transmission fluid should be changed out , he answered every 30,000 miles . Our vehicle only has 19,000 miles on the odometer!
