The service agent was excellent no complaints on her service what so ever she was just doing her job. I just purchased the car and within two weeks had to purchase a tire. Road hazard should have some coverage for protection on a brand new vehicle that doesn’t cost an additional $1200 at signing. Maybe a program while car is within 90 days or so.

Got upset when I notice I was going to get charged for tire rotation and break inspections when I didn’t ask for it , lucky I noticed it on my invoice and when brought to attention I told them I never requested fir it to be done only asked what else besides the oil change is done with the b1 indicator. Service was taken out but was treated like I made the mistake . Was told it would take 3 hours n after I asked about the charge my vehicle was done 2 minutes later…. When I got home obviously the car was not washed but it looked like nothing was done n then I checked the air filter and found out that it’s not part of the oil change service???? Really!!! But for it being my first real service there not only did I feel uncomfortable but felt as if I was taken advantage of because of what I was told and what was not done.
