I have been with Thanh for a long time and I can say he knows his job well he also know the history of my car. When I bring my car for service I always make sure he is at work. I am 74 years old and lt will be hard to replace him. PS I bought my car from Norm Reeves Honda,(2004)

Javier Peña helped me out very well in the beginning through the check in process. He did ask if it was my first time there and I said yes so that meant he wasn’t able to look at what the other dealer had previously done to my car, which was just regular oil changes. I waited like an hour for my car and also they did a tire rotation. Once I got the text that my car was ready, I went back to the same counter Javier helped me out in the beginning but I did not see any sight of him. I looked around and did not see him. My car was ready to go with the keys inside but I did not just leave because I knew I had to sign papers pay for the tire rotation and get my receipt or something have that sort. But I didn’t see any sight of Javier. Which I just think was a little unorganized because I was a little confused as to where he was at and I was just looking around for him. Eventually I just asked an another person I did not get his name, and told him you know I’m done but I don’t know where the person who helped me out is at. So the other guy helped me out charged me and I got my receipt. Not a big deal but it is just a little unorganized and confused where I did not know where the person who checked me in was at. Other than that everything else was fine. Oil change was quick!

Javier was fast and got the work done as promised. I highly recommend him and will take my car to cerritos honda for future services.
