I when I got the call that my car was ready to be picked up, I asked them to leave my key’s with the desk manager because i’ll be coming after 6. I arrive, someone tells me they’ll be back with my keys and never comes back. The desk manager proceeded to tell me they don’t have my keys. I waited for 30 mins waiting for keys that were promised but never brought to me.This has cause many inconveniences.
