Was not satisfied with the visit. First off Heather from the call center said I would see Manny. That was inaccurate because Manny was off. Then teaver the service guy if that is his name he helped me with intake pushed some paper in front of me with repairs I might need. I told him I wish I knew Manny was not gonna be here. Manny has been up front, informative and honest with repairs, possible prices and how to finance if needed. all of it! He showed me how to look and my breaks from the outside to see the wear. The service guy today 1.27.23 tells me that oh you also have an oil leak. Really I said. This is him just saying it when I know I do not have an oil leak are you kidding me. I understand Honda needs to make money, but let's please be honest and true. Don't just be saying I have an oil leak, show me. I cannot trust honda to speak the truth and its through the employees. Very sad. My breaks were done by honda recently and they screwed up horrible sound for a week almost two. Steve said they could bot resurface them which was a lie. so I had to go back because Michael had to order new parts because of mechanic screw up. Michael also had the nerve to ask have I had my breaks done else where? I told him no only honda. He just didn't wanna take account ability. Be Honest Honda employees!!!! Don't need anymore text or email from Honda. I will make sure to just drive up amd speak directly with Manny since he tells it like it really is. Work has to be done why not be honest!!!! Diane J

Julie had accommodated us well. Appreciate pointing out maintenance that should be noted as well as parts that may need to be replace later. She was great. Appreciate if the dealership offered me a car wash like it was in the past. Maybe it does not anymore, which is okay but Mazda next door for my other car still does. I guess after the pandemic some dealerships cut little freebies

I bought my Honda CRV at Norm Reeves Honda, the reason I bring my car to Norm Reeves for service is because of Service Advisor Bryan Ortiz. Bryan is very professional and his customer service skills are outstanding. He always is courteous and thoroughly explains all aspects of repairing my vehicle. Bryan is very honest and treats you with respect in explaining what needs to be done with your vehicle. I was completely satisfied with my visit and thank Bryan Ortiz for all his help!

I brought my 2011 Honda accord in to get my key door lock fixed and they said that it was fixed but it was not fixed and it cost me $165.00 for something that did not get fixed so I am very upset about that so I hope that when I bring the car back in that they can really get the problem fixed and make the key work like it is supposed to. I brought my car in yesterday the 26th. of January 2023 for this repair. I would like to hear what you folks think about this problem that I had. Bryan M
