Bryan called me about 8:45am to let me know what was wrong with my car. I didn't hear my phone so I didn't answer. But I called him at 10am and securitary said she would send him a message and he will call me back. I didn't get a call back from him. I called again at 12pm, 2pm and 4pm and secutary told me the same thing every single time. Bryan FINALLY CALLED ME BACK AT 4:20PM TELLING ME HE ONLY RECEIVED THE 4PMMESSAGE.THAT WAS HORRIBLE SERVICE BY BRYAN OR SECUTARY

I came for oil change, advertised for $40+tax.
After oil change (expecting to get car) I was informed by text about scheduled need for brake fluid, transmission fluid and injectors cleaning. Total cost over 10x my $50 expectation.
Such scheduled service should have been made evident to me upon presenting the car when they asked about need for rotation.

I asked them to check on the door and my tires, they only paid attention to my door and did not check my tires. They also did an oil change which I told not to do but did anyways.
