Appt was for 0830, vehicle dropped off before 0815. Was told vehicle would be ready by 1000, “maybe even sooner”. Vehicle was picked up at 1110. Had to reschedule an 1130 appt because of the later pick up time.

I’m not a coffee drinker, but I think it was a great idea when it was available. Some customers Waite a long time, so that was nice for them. I’m not sure why it was not available. There should be something complementary for your customers.
