Joseph gave me exceptional customer service and superceded my expectations. This is the first time a service advisor went out of his way to make something so mundane, such as an oil change, an enjoyable experience. I will make sure to request him when I return.

I made a second appointment because the random rattling noise is still present, despite the Car Group looking at the vehicle and Bryan Salas stating that it was a pebble in the splash shield. However after driving it again that is not the case because the noise sounds the same as before.
