The cable to my car's wireless charger is missing. The wireless charger port was not installed when I picked up my car, instead the parts were left in the passenger seat.
Horrible service from Manny Sanchez. I didnt get my car fixed because i did not want to deal with him any longer. Very disappointed in Norm Reeves.

Completely satisfied. Just chatted with a friend about it. He took his Ford truck in for service & check. Ended up paying $6k for work. That is pretty normal to me. Happens all the time as vehicle gets older. Here I took my Honda in and ended up paying $64 for an oil change. Good synthetic oil no less. That is what it needed. Darn right I am satisfied. ????

I waa at Honda for a brake fluid concern.
Ricardo did a visual inspection of the car hood and we discussed things that may need to be looked at too. I knew that what he was telling me was true. He respected and listened to my concerns & also honored the discount coupon I had. I felt he was easy to work with from customer perspective and was pleased. My car also drove better afterwards.
