Unfortunately, I found out that if my service advisor is off I can’t get any information about my vehicle and if it was ready for pick up, called several times and was told that a service advisor will contact you shortly and no one did, normally when you have appointment for a recall and the part are available you will get it ready in the same day or next day max but not in my case. We always give the business to NR Honda and we buy the parts as well, would be nice to get appreciated
