We made an appointment for a specific time, for specific services.
A simple oil change, a recall software update, and a recall inspection check.
We received our vehicle 4 hours later, which was over twice the amount of time quoted.
The oil gauge was also not reset which makes a customer question the quality of the rest of the work performed.
There is no need to contact us for a resolution. We look forward to improved quality of work next time.

My service advisor was great and none of these minor complaints are about her. Only complaints: automatic system texted me a warning that I needed new tires and a front end alignment when neither was necessary. Also, some trash related to the service (tags and some paper) was left in the car when I picked it up and the radio was disconnected from the diagnostic port under the dash. Again, nothing but praise for my service advisor who did a great job keeping me informed.

After oil change the reset was not done. When i called they said i could come back or look at my manuel. Then they told me everyone was busy but someone would call me back. That never happened. I asked Google.

Not friendly. He was not there when the car was ready so I was confused if I had to talk to him to get a permission to drive it. The guys outside told me I need to talk to my him. The lady in the service department also put a paid stamp on my invoice and she told me I can drive it now. He forgot to do it. He never talked or approached me after that.
