I was very discouraging regarding leaving my vehicle due to I was a half a day waiting on my vehicle when it was ready within two hours and no one never called me and if I wouldn’t have went at 5 o’clock to pick up my vehicle, I’ll probably would’ve never received a call and when I spoke with the manager, she acted very nonchalant and stated that she would make a note for the next time I make an appointment for me to be moved to the top. The money I spent for the maintenance agreement I should be express anyway. This is not my first time I have been disappointed with your team. I am currently looking for somewhere else to service my vehicle.

Actually i’m satisfied with the way my service experience was done. But with Joseph Vargas not totally satisfied with the way he talked to me in person & on the phone. It seems like he’s going through something. He is a bit rude to talk to or is that really how he talks to people. I don’t want to eleborate here. This is the second time he’s done this to me. But i didn’t complain the first time. I hope he’s not like this with other customers.

I did not have a great experience with the check-in process. I didn’t understand the system where numbers were placed on top of vehicles, as it seemed random and unclear. Even though I had an appointment, it felt like other customers were being called in before me. I also would have appreciated better updates on the status of my vehicle and when the service was being performed. Clearer communication would have made the experience much better.

Around 1was informed it would take longer as card from yesterday were being first.
Then upon inspection it was noted my brakes needed attention.

Ruben was very polite and explained what needed to be done to my car. I asked if he could have his mechanics work on the car right away as my husband is hospitalized and I needed to return to him as quickly as possible. He said he would try to have the car done by no later than 230 but it ended up being done by 12:50 PM. I was surprised and very happy that I got the car back earlier than expected and was able to join my husband at the hospital. Thank you for the great service.
