I was informed my A12 maintenance (oil change and tire rotation) should definitely be complete within an hour, as it didn’t see a very busy time of the day, 4pm Wednesday. I had an appointment, and arrived several minutes early. Well, an hour, fifteen minutes was about the time. I was kind of surprised. But the car did arrive and service was completed.

The service advisor was professional, polite, and helpful. He made the experience a mostly positive one. One area that has room for improvement: giving customers better access to updates on car status while waiting. My vehicle was not finished/returned by the estimated time. It was slightly more than half an hour longer than stated. Please either give a more accurate time frame or consistent status updates while customer is waiting! Thank you.
