I made it to my 12pm service appointment 15 minutes early and was promised by Brian if only have a 2 hour or less wait time. At two hours of waiting Brian was not available and another associate checked on the status of my car and was told it would be about another 45 minutes. After waiting over 3 hours for my car I called the service line and was told Brian was with another customer and that he would call me back. After waiting 10 minutes in the waiting area where I could see Brian’s desk and noticed he wasn’t with anyone I walked up to his desk asking for my car. He was sitting at his desk with a stack of work orders his cell phone under them and had his air pods on. He had no idea what the status was or even looking into returning my call, looked me up then said I needed to change my air filter and other unnecessary offers. My response was I just need my car and within 5 minutes it was ready. I’ve never had to wait over 3 hours for a simple oil change and can’t believe the lack of customer service provided from Cerritos Honda.

One of the service attendant, unfortunately I couldn’t got his name, he has a kind of attitude. Acting like he was doing a favor to the customer. So I unrespectful .
I ask him to send someone else to be attended. The next one was okay but he car was delivered almost 3 hours later.
You are not providing a good service in that location no more.

I wish I was told about the additional service that was needed I could have had it completed while I was there now I have to go back and make another appointment. I didn’t get the information until after I received my vehicle. I took care of the filters but there were some extras that I would have like to get done then and there. Besides that it was all good, I didn’t wait to long. The representative was nice and respectful.

We pay so much money to get the car serviced. Soon as I got home from the dealer my tire light came on. If the tires are being checked why not check the air pressure too. How hard can that be? It doesn’t take long either. A complementary car wash every time we get the car serviced would be nice too.
