For the first time ever the service advisor LEO was amazing excellent service very respectful and so caring with the service he was given I’m so satisfied with his service!!!! This was my first time coming to Norm, Reeves Honda superstore customer service from the beginning was outstanding I didn’t have to wait a long time for a specialist to help me. Steve was very helpful with my needs. He also made sure that I got my oil changed in a timely manner. he told me that it would be an hour and 15 minutes, I had my car back a little over 30 minutes I will be returning for my next service. It’s all about customer service and you guys have outstanding customer service. ????
