Ramiro Montes and the Honda service team are HORRIBLE! Ramiro did a horrible job communicating with me about the status of my car and giving me updates! I had to call multiple times and leave multiple messages with the front desk person. I dropped my car off at the dealership for repair in August and was returned back to me with more issues a month later and I returned it a few days later and didn’t get my car back until February of next year! Ramiro barely kept me updated and it was like he was avoiding my calls! Ramiro’s management was NOT HELPFUL either! Your service team is the worst and I’M NEVER BUYING A HONDA EVER AGAIN! RAMIRO MONTES SHOULD BE FIRED AND THE SERVICE MANAGEMENT TEAM SHOULD BE EVALUATED SINCE THEY’RE THE MOST USELESS TEAM I HAVE EVER MET! MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY WILL NEVER BUY HONDAS EVER AGAIN!

Bryan provided excellent service. He answered all my questions and clearly explained what needed to get done and why. He was prompt providing answers and resolving any issues with the third party vendor.
I originally took my car in 2/17/2024 and Service Advisor Jonathan Ramos was assisting. I took my car in because there was a slit on the side wall of the tire. Jonathan advised that I needed to file a claim which I did there at Honda on that day. Jonathan said he needed to submit information to the manufacturer to get an authorization number to change the tire. He said it would take long to go home and he would call me back on Tuesday. Jonathan Ramos never returned any of my calls to update me if he received the authorization from manufacturer. I told Jonathan I was worried the tire might explode while driving. 9 days later Jonathan has not called. It took Bryan a couple of hours to resolve this issue. I’m driving my car without worries and anxiety that the tire might explode because of that slit on the side wall. Thank you Bryan for your professionalism.
