Jonathan Romero was a great help! As soon as I got there he asked me how my morning was and I had let him know the incident I was in and right away he was trying to help me by referring Bellflower Collision. I appreciated his honesty and respect. He is by far my favorite advisor. I will be choosing him next time as my advisor because he made me feel very welcomed and had a positive attitude. I went in for and oil ch age with and appointment I waited 3 hours for my car when they tell me my car is ready I go in and when I drive out the dealership the light for the oil change turns on they never did the oil change I call to let them know and they were supposed to call me back never got a call back this is such a bad customer service if my car gets damaged do to not getting the service done I will proceed further
