This is not necessarily on Robert. On 4/1, I dropped off my vehicle for a recall. When I returned later that day around 5 o clock, Robert was no longer there and no one could find my key. Mistakes happen, but I was standing by the service desk for an hour and no one is asking me if I need anything or updating me on what’s happening. Finally a female manager(?) speaks to me to say they can’t find the key but that it should turn up the next day. I ask that she take care of my B17 service to make things right and she agrees. The next day 4/2, I call to check if they had found my key and they said no. Robert later contacts saying they will have to reprogram a key and asks whether the one I had at home was driver 1 or 2. I said I would call back after asking my wife. I call back within five minutes and he’s not picking up. I call again and ask the phone person if they can leave a message for Robert. They say that they can patch me through and I can leave a message when I hear the beep. So I patch through and leave a message. I call back at the end of the day to check on the status and Robert is asking me if I found out whether I had driver 1 or 2 key. I said I left a message hours ago and he says that he didn’t get it and there is no voice mail system, but now he can get started on the key and the service. But now it’s not going to be finished by the end of the day and I don’t have a car for two days in a row now. Why did Robert not check in sooner? Why is there no way to leave him a message? The next day 4/3, they say my car is ready but Robert is not working so someone else will take care of me. I get there and the person can’t find my new key! He needs to check whether it had been made and I said I received a message saying the service is done and the key is ready. The guy calls Robert and after looking around for five minutes he finally finds it and I hear him tell Robert over the phone, why didn’t you label it? I take the car home and my wife is saying her key is no longer working. I call back and they said they need to reprogram her key too. If they knew that reprogramming a new driver 1 key will require reprogramming the old driver 2 key, why didn’t they tell me to bring it in so they could do both at the same time! I had to make another appointment for 4/4 and sit at the service waiting area for another hour before they finally got everything right. So I went in for a simple recall that should take a few hours, and I was left without a vehicle for 2.5 days and I had to drive back and forth from the dealership 3 times. Again mistakes happen and I appreciate that a pretty costly service was done for me for compensation but the way that everything was handled after the fact was a complete ****. If you’re going to make it right, make it right in the right way not messing things up more and causing even more problems and waiting. I would like to hear back about what will be done to prevent things like this from happening in the future otherwise I will post this as a review. I have never had issues with service at this location, it is convenient and I have bought a vehicle here before. I just hope things are put in place so this doesn’t happen again.

I actually was first helped by Manny Sanchez who was very sarcastic and rude when asked questions about service needed in my vehicle. I requested Trevor since he's helped me in the past and has always been really helpful and patient when I have concerns with my vehicle. I wish more of the employees in the service department were as nice as him. We are a Honda family and own three Honda vehicles but lately I have been considering other options because the service has not been great. Thanks Trevor for always providing such great professional service.
