After reviewing my Inspection Report for this visit against the one for 2023 I'm finding that although we did NOTHING to our brakes they miraculously improved from yellow to green. So, is the 2023 report a fabrication or is this year's report bogus?

This is no reflection on Steve Mendoza, he provides a great service and I have been bringing the car to Norm Reeves since the purchase back in 2007. I was having B service, checking the AC and it was discovered I had bushing issues among other items. When the car was returned the AC was not working and there was a popping sound coming from the suspension every time I applied and released the brakes. What kind of service is this, what happened to the “A1” service. This was mediocre service, far below what I am accustomed to receiving. I had to return several times because of a part needing to be ordered, but what really set me off was the fact that I had to tow the vehicle in. I could have had a car accident, placed in the hospital or injured another motorist. I left a message for Mike Vasquez, your customer service manager, who has also failed to return my call. This is the second time I have had to return to the shop via a tow because you failed to complete the work. I truly hope there will not be a third, because I will probably take my business elsewhere. Thank you following up.
