Miguel was very clear about communicating what was happening with my van in-spite of my angst over the problem I was experiencing. Miguel was very humble and kind and helped ease my concerns and worries. Miguel went above and beyond to get my vehicle serviced quickly and when there was a small snafu which was really my fault for making a late decision but Miguel took ownership of the problem and he provided a loaner for me to use.
