The wait time for an oil change is ridiculous. I had an appointment but the car just stayed in the llot waiting for 3 hours! The actual service took 45 minutes only! The appointment system is useless as they keep on accepting incoming customers with or without appointments. It is a first come first served system!! They said the almost 4 hours I had to wait was due to the 200 cars they had to service on that day! My point is if you can only accommodate a certain number of cars based on appointment times and number of service technicians, why accept all cars coming for any kind of service making the appointment system useless or meaningless!!

The airbag recall was fixed in timely manner however, my car was returned with a broken dashboard. And up to June 2, I have not been able to communicate with manager in regards to this. Been told I would receive a call back several times and still nothing. Went in to fix one thing and my car came back in worse condition.
