Leo, is not about customer service. When I originally brought in my vehicle he was very clueless about the status of my vehicle. Didn’t note for the technicians to check the right ports. Had to get manager Christina Involved. She was very knowledgeable and helped me by ordering the parts that was needed that Leo refused to have checked out correctly.

Aaron was extremely helpful and understanding upon my arrival. I explained the situation with my vehicle how I had taken my vehicle in for its first overall check point service after purchasing it. The first service Advisor advised me at that time of service they would rotate the tires, however I had to return several times in order to get it fixed. In spite of Aaron’s efforts in the end it was not quite right. I returned shortly after driving off and met with Ms. Julie Canales who was equally empathetic to my circumstances and listened calmly in spite of at the time I was a bit upset. He profesional demeanor and calm guidance really helped put things in perspective aside from providing assurance they would do everything possible to address the problem. I am happy to report the vehicle was satisfactorily fixed! I am extremely thankful to Ms. Julie Canales and Aaron Perez!!

Had a 9am appointment for an oil change. Vehicle was not inspected until after 11am. No evidence oil service was done. Was not listed on service invoice. Oil service sticker inside of vehicle was not changed. Previous tire service technician did not reset tire pressure sensors which began to alert after departing dealership.
