No car wash no complimentary coffee the job was done but the little extra things that make the customer happy not there I understand about precautions due to Covid but that was a while back no coffee due to Covid but the lobby is full with customers waiting

When I got back into my car again after the service my seat wasn’t adjusted back to how I had left it. Turned my car on and my A/C was blasting air all the way high. I never leave my air on and have it off before turning my car off and it tick me off knowing my A/C wasn’t turned off before shutting down my car and seeing that the radio station was switch to another radio station. I wish you guys had not touched it or at least put it back how I had left the car to you guys. I know these are minor issues but I notice little details when it comes to my car’s modifications being used. so I would like if you guys payed attention to things like this for other customers.

I’m sorry to say the gentleman that help me today was not really kind and not helpful at all. I had an appointment at 10:45. I asked another gentleman about car I only when for oil change gentleman, I asked about my car. He help me a lot. He went to go check on it and they were not even working on it I’m very grateful for the gentleman that helped me because of him they stared working on it I was there about 3 hours
