Took 3 hours! for B1,6 service. Promises 1.5 hours but 2 hours the latest. No contact on the status. Service advisor was not friendly and provide no customer service whatsoever. The response was it’s usually busy on Friday. I don’t care what goes on as a customer. It would have been forgiving if he would have acknowledged the wait time was ridiculous instead I get a look like a deer who got hit by headlights. Very frustrating and Worst experience ever!

I followed the directions from the service department when I drove up, and waited in my car till I was asked to come inside to check in. After I was checked in and told that another agent would be with me shortly, the other agent told me I should have waited in my car for an agent. It seems as though there was a lack of communication between personnel. A minor issue, but annoying. Other than that, everything went smoothly.
