Service was good when completed with Trevor Rodriguez, but I started the process with Ramiro Montes with ordering the parts for my windshield and called him back to try to come in after the part were supposed to be delivered but in the week I called him for days he never replied or called back. This cause the whole process to be delayed by a week and a half to where I had to move plans around to be without my car for a different time period

If I made an appointment for 10am for an oil change and I get my car back at 4pm the appointment was a waste of time. My day was wasted because the service associate said around 1230-1 my car would be ready but it wasn’t until 4pm. He didn’t even apologize for the lateness offer a car wash anything. Really disappointed in todays service.
