Trevor never told me my car was ready. After two hours I asked another service person because didn’t see Trevor anywhere. Turns out it was ready but no one told me. Also when I arrived, told Trevor there was something wrong with my right rear view mirror. He said he would have it checked out but he didn’t.

Took my car for an oil change in which they did not correctly reinstall the skid plate. The piece came off on the freeway. They did however change it for free which makes up for a lot. They always deliver but this one time I feel as if they made a pretty careless mistake. It happens but it shouldn’t.
