My keys were misplaced and they could not even locate my vehicle for a long time. Perhaps next time before letting me know that my vehicle is ready for pickup, confirm that the keys and vehicle are actually ready. I did not appreciate being told to go walk around the parking lot to “find my car” or to look for my keys around someone’s kiosk.
