Thank you Mr Cabrera for a magnificent and outstanding job done to my vehicle. If it weren’t for Mr Cabrera I would have never gotten to the dealership safe and sound. I called the dealership, asked for repairs, Mr Cabrera answered, he called a tow truck for me and he stayed on the phone while I spoke to roadside assistance. When I got to the dealership, he was there, ready to receive and greet me, right away my car was taken in to get proper care and within 40 minutes my car was ready. Now that’s service. Thank you Mr Cabrera for all you do, I appreciate your work and commitment.

I am always delighted to have Joseph Vargas as my Service Tech! He's friendly, polite and knowledgeable. He makes sure to explain everything that's going to be fine to my car and will find any and all coupons that I can use for Service. He dance me hundreds. The only disappointment with having my car serviced are the unknowns who rifle thru my glove box, remove change from the utility drawer/ashtray,and perhaps take the dollar or 2 or 5 that was in the center console. Such a shame, everyone knows what's in their car and the violating feeling is palpable. It's the only downside to an otherwise bearable situation.
