The agent who helped and the work done/corrections on my car were all great. The only thing I wasn't pleased with was that I charged for a diagnostic. This could've been waived because i had other work done on my car that i didn't even asked for but were brought to my attention that day. So, i still spent money there and the diagnostic cost for the other issue could've have been waived.

The tech who attempted to help me told me i couldnt have my car teated because there are no hills to see what was wrong. I had originally brought in my car because of the transmission and it's slipping, but yet he said that it couldn't be looked after that and he just insisted on changing my transmission fluid. The customer service is horrible. He talked down to me. He didn't listen to what I was saying, he was too aggressive. He said my car would be done at 2:30. It wasn't done until 345 and I was late to work. I will never bring my car back there. My car is under warranty so maybe perhaps he didn't wanna fix the transmission because you guys made a deal with the #Warranty people and don't get paid as much. I have no idea. I've never had someone argue with me telling me that my car transmission is not slipping when I know that it is I drive it every day all they had to do was take it for a test drive yet he refused

Trevor was great at letting me know that some service was not required (as had recently had it done at your Service center), but also others that were needed. He was great at communicating, but the AUTO text sent out incorrect information of when the car was ready. I trusted Trevor’s text, of course, but would have been highly inconvenienced if I had focused on the AUTo-TEXT message.
