I am very grateful that I was able to work with Jonathan he literally went above and beyond to find out what was going on with my car and find a resolution to get it fixed. My car sat at a different dealer for 3 weeks with no resolution and Jonathan resolved the problem and we are so grateful...THANK YOU JONATHAN :)

I make my appointment last week for a problem that I have with my Pilot , I was there at the appointment time and they toll me to wait between 4 or 5 hours to complete the job and I wait , at the end of the fifth hour the guy who help me from the beginning toll me to wait another 5 hours because the dealer was closing because they have an event and they don’t have time to check my car, my question is, because I was waiting right there in the dealership, why they don’t tell me from the beginning l, why make me wait all those hours for nothing, and this is the second time doing this to me why not do the job well , why act like if they don’t care the costumer IM VERY DESAPOINTED with Honda as a Brand and whit Cerritos Honda as a Dealership I think you guys are the worst dealer in all Souther California

Today came into norm reeves for Recall and Oil change. Aaron Perez was selected as service personnel. He recommended more services based on my mileage which is less than 30K. I agreed and asked if he could accommodate an employee relative discount, Aaron said he would get back to me about a discount of 10%. Lastly, I asked for a time estimate, he said 12pm, which is printed on my invoice. By 12:05pm, I came to the service center to check on my vehicle. There had been no communication, but I could see my vehicle parked in the front lot. As you are aware, the entire department was shut down from 12-2:15pm due to an employee appreciation event. Aaron Perez did have the customer's time and money in consideration, it could have been a simple courtesy to inform me that there would be no one available to give me my parked vehicle back for those hours. I lost time and money by having to wait for the team to return and go back to work even later than planned. By 1:30pm, other employees had returned. Only one of those employees bothered to try and find my keys and paperwork. The one that checked Aarons cabinet under desk failed to check his drawer. Once Aaron returned, my keys and paperwork were left unlocked in his desk drawer. At 2:15pm, a disheveled Aaron returned. He was sweaty and untucked. The interaction was then finished mechanically. Not once did Aaron explain the state of my car or findings of services. Aaron also failed to ask about my excessive wait or let me know the result of the employee family discount. He handed paperwork and charged me the full amount for services. My opinion, Aaron needs to be given customer service training or moved to non-customer facing interactions. I have only been a Honda service department customer since I purchased my vehicle in 2020. However, If Aaron is a representation of Honda's Service department, then I will be moving on to another location.

Thanh was professional and responsive to all my concerns. My accord showed sign of possible electrical glitch but I was assured by Thanh that the vehicle was triple checked for safety and I am very satisfied by service provided by Thanh.
