Agent tried to upsell me on services that I did not need as the reason why I brought in the vehicle was because there was a faulty dashboard malfunction. All they ended doing was performing a reset on the vehicle software and charging me 170 dollars for the inspection that I did not need. This same issue has happened with both my 2015 honda accords and I feel that the manufacturers should cover these faulty software glitches.

I was not satisfied because they sent me a link with a list of all services the car needed and I might have taken long to respond but when I did respond I had selected that I did not want my air filter changed but had done it anyways and I wanted to do it myself to save myself some money. That really upset me. Additionally I did not receive a message that my service was done so I was waited for a long time until closing 6pm I had to ask someone if my car was ready and it was but if I had known earlier I would have left earlier to go to my work.

Terrible experience! Worst dealer ever! (From the purchasing through the four times services) all the employees were not even close it supposed to be and didn’t complete the job also, still doubt they really fixed the problem! I will never go back again!
